New Template Header and Template Categories

A beautiful new header has been placed on the template gallery page. And, to make Template Gallery easy to use and understand, there is a link attached to the header that pops up a simple list of instructions.

Also, along with the search options there is now a category box in which you can choose from a variety of categories to make your search for the perfect template easier.
