Wow! Where has the time gone!
Wow... Where has the time gone! So if you are one of my readers and have wondered if I fell off the face of the earth, I'm still here! My son has been very sick since the beginning of February and we are still working with Dr.'s trying to figure things out. So, I'm so excited though to be getting back into the groove of things and work this business again. I know that storybooking is so important and it help bridge the gap between generations. Not only that, but there are now SO many cool new things besides storybooking that you can now create on Heritage Makers from games, to clocks, family trees, decoupage tiles, etc the list goes on and on. Just ask if you want to know more! And you can now make custom jewelry on the HM website! Fun! I'll post more about those soon and the other great HM products!

It is so easy to preserve your heritage with our system, but we want to make sure that you know step-by-step how it is done so you have the best experience. We also want to help you write your story the way you want to and also make sure you know how to use your account.
How to make a project
There are a variety of ways to get started, but here are the basic steps you'll take to make your project:
* Upload photos to your account
* Start a new project
* Publish your project when you're done
* Receive your project in the mail

Guide to Storybooking™
Now that you know the basic mechanics of finishing a project, how do you write your story? We have wonderful online guides that can help you capture your memories in writing. Story Maps and Story Steps are available on the My Studio page under Story Center.
My Heritage Studio
Your Heritage Studio is where it all happens. You can continue or start a new project, browse the Template Gallery, update your account information, look at your order history and more.
* My Projects - This is where you start a new project, continue with your unfinished projects and view your completed projects.
* My Albums - You can add photos to your account and view existing albums and photos.
* Template Gallery - Choose from hundreds of beautiful pre-designed templates to help you get started.
* My Account - You can place a new publishing order or view your order history, change your password, update your personal information and view your publishing points.
* My Business - For Heritage Consultants, you can go to your Virtual Office, edit your consultant website, and view your customers' credits and memberships.
* You can also manage your membership from your Studio Account.
Help & FAQ
To help you with your storybooking, I am your personal Heritage Consultant who will help answer questions and help you create the projects you want to make. Along with your personal consultant, you also have their upline leader to support you. And remember, you can always visit the Help & FAQ site to find answers to your questions.

Half-Price Publishing Special
Are you a new client or consultant? To help you build your heritage library, we will give you an additional copy of your first book at half the price! This offer is only available on your first publishing order. To take advantage of this special offer, you will need to pre-purchase a book credit or credit package at a celebration and create your project within your first 30 days of becoming a client or consultant.
When ordering your book, order a quantity of one more beyond the number of credits that you are using. For example, if you have one credit, change the quantity of your book order to two. If you are using two credits, increase your order to three copies of your book, etc. Keep an eye on the number of credits you are using in your order. The system will automatically use the amount of credits available in your account, so you may need to manually change the number of credits being used in this, your very first order.
This special offer can only be used on book credits you personally have purchased. It cannot be used on a credit that as been transferred to you. This offer is valid for first-time publishers on their first project only. If you have placed a prior publishing order within the 30 days limit and did not utilize this offer at that time, you can no longer take advantage of this special.

Our Little Princess

My Modeling Portfolio Book
I was getting into modeling back in 2003, then my life got crazy. My dad died and I got married then pregnant and modeling got pushed to the side. For so long I've wanted to display all my pictures, but there they sat in the closet in a folder. I had a credit expiring so, I figured I'd make a book all about me! I'm so excited! I only took me a few hours to put all the pictures in the book. I just did a really simple and basic book. I'm so excited to share this with everyone. Especially photographers! You can now create these for your clients and what an awesome portfolio you have to give to them.

Reunion 08
In September we are having our Heritage Makers Reunion in Anaheim, CA. I'm so excited to go and get pumped about my business. There is so much more that I want to learn. I'm really excited to take the kids to Disneyland afterwards, too.
This company is truly revolutionizing the digital scrapbooks era. We recently partnered with Kodak and offer scanning services. I think is awesome because on regular flat bed scanners is takes so long to scan your photos and can be VERY overwhelming to anyone. Who wants to sit at their computer scanning pictures for hours at a time. I don't have that kind of time. But now with the Kodak scanners - I can scan 20-30 photos per minute!!! I'm so excited.
I can't wait to see all the new and exciting things that are going to be released at Reunion. Hopefully NEW products and more partnering with other large companies to make everyone's HM experience the best!

New Workshops
So, I haven't been on here forever! So much has happened in the last couple months with Heritage Makers! First of all, I went to regionals and they introduced new items! You can now make individual 12x12 scrapbook pages. Also, you can now make decks of playing cards! They are so cool! I just made a deck that has our trip to Huntington Beach on them. The website just has so many new features, you really have to check it out!
On another note, we now offer workshops instead of celebrations! Who really wants to go and sit to another person talk right. Well now, I pop in a 13 minute DVD (or through a webinar) and it walks you through the system and shows you how to use it. Then, we get to work! I take your orders and we let our imaginations take over. I just did a show and was so excited! It went so well!
